About me

I was always a skinny kid. Growing up, I always wanted to be a superhero like Captain America or Spider-Man, or an anime character like Goku and Asta. I regularly attempted to do pushups and ab workouts but never dedicated myself to it or understood the proper measures to improve my physique.I then came across the Gym and instantly fell in love with it. Throughout the process, I learnt how to enhance my entire mentality, confidence, and discipline, while also expanding my understanding of physiology, nutrition, and other topics. I learnt the ins and outs on how to grow muscle mass and strength, lose fat, maintain a good physique, and which accessories are the greatest and most effective for building muscle tissue.

 

I've wanted to inspire and motivate others ever since I started working out. Now my goal is to be that person who others look up to and see as a role model. I'm eager to share my experience while also assisting and motivating others. Which is why I developed my exercise program in order to benefit other people just like me who want to improve their physique and overall lifestyle.
