This program isnt for p*ssies. Many people want the ideal physique of broad shoulders, wide chest with an excellent V taper, and most importantly a small waist. However most do not achieve this type of physique.
Although genetics play a big factor there are proven ways to achieve the illusion of this 'superhero esc' look. Or in this case the Garou 'hero hunter' type look. Within this program targeting the Shoulders, Upper Chest and Lats are the main focus.
It is structured to maximise effiencient growth on the upper body whilst still hitting legs with very high intensity to allow for optimal recovery for larger muscle groups like the legs.

High Intensity is key within this program. Maximal effort and drive is needed for every set. Most being to complete failure and beyond.
This is a 5 Day split, for individuals who want to go the extra mile to achieve their goals. It was the split i personally used in order to increase my upper body aesthetics. Which includes indepth structured training sessions that can be applicable to any gym.
